ELS provides services to the Department of Defense (DOD) in the areas of environmental compliance, petroleum oil lubricants (POL), aboveground and underground fuel storage tanks and remedial actions. Our past work includes projects at military installations from Alaska to Florida as both a prime contractor and subcontractor. ELS has held two ID/IQ “small business” contracts with NAVFAC Southeast and NAVFAC Washington.

ELS' offices in Tampa, Florida and Charleston, South Carolina are in close proximity to many DOD bases including Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps. ELS has worked at most Navy facilities in NAVFAC Washington and NAVFAC Southeast.
