The Environmental Studies Division of ELS is comprised of a highly experienced staff of geologists, engineers, scientists, and support personnel with the proven ability to provide comprehensive, cost-effective, and innovative environmental services. Contamination Site Assessments: Our geoscientists have successfully conducted site assessments, including risk-based assessments, and implemented cleanup strategies at hundreds of sites throughout Florida and the southeastern U.S.
Environmental Site Assessments: ELS Property Transaction professionals conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA’s), ESA Reviews (second opinions), and Regulatory Reviews for property transactions. Phase I ESA’s are performed in accordance with the latest ASTM guidelines and the U.S. EPA All Appropriate Inquiry regulation.
Compliance, Audits, and Permitting Services: ELS auditing and permitting specialists bring years of experience to help clients resolve their compliance problems. Facilities that are changing, expanding, acquiring, or relocating benefit from third party compliance audits. Our services include
