    Entry to mid-level AutoCAD Operator (1-3 years experience) to prepare site plans, engineering design drawings and as-built drawings for construction projects. Knowledge of other software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Adobe Illustrator a plus.

    VICE PRESIDENT CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

    Enviro-Logical Solutions, Inc. (ELS) is seeking a VP of Construction Services in Tampa, FL to manage their Construction Services Division. This division performs design build environmental remediation and fuel system installation projects. Environmental projects include the design, permitting, and installation of in-situ remediation systems, soil excavations and installation and operation of ground water treatment systems. Fuel system projects include design, permitting, dewatering, removal of USTs and contaminated soils, and installation of aboveground and underground tanks, lines, dispensers, system components and fuel management systems. Design build work is performed in the commercial, retail and public sector. Qualified candidates will manage a design build team of engineers, project managers, estimators and construction personnel.

    • BA or MBA degree in related field
    • 10+ years construction experience with design build projects
    • Previous experience managing multiple construction crews
    • Experience with public and private sector construction contracts
    • Exceptional safety record
    • GC or GBC license preferred

    Mid-Level Construction Technician

    Enviro-Logical Solutions, Inc. (ELS) is looking for a construction technician to anchor a petroleum construction crew for work in Central Florida. Work includes the removal and installation of underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks at commercial, municipal, and retail facilities. Qualified candidates should have 1+ years experience in petroleum construction projects, operating a variety of equipment, and removing and installing tanks and piping. Qualified technicians will have experience with fiberglass and flexible piping installation, UST removal and installation, and dispenser replacement. Must have a good driving and safety record and good job-related references. Please provide a list of fuel-related jobs that you have worked on.

    Project Engineer

    Mid to entry level engineer (0-3 yrs) to perform FDEP Preapproval work involving design, construction and remediation systems. Knowledge of remedial technologies required. Construction experience is a plus. Responsibilities include:

    • Preparation of proposals and Remedial Action Plans
    • Development of plans, specifications and bid packages
    • Design of remediation systems for soil and groundwater impacted with petroleum, solvents and heavy metals

    Technician

    This person will be required to mobilize to job sites throughout Florida in order to perform O&M on a variety of remediation systems or to assist in fuel-related construction activities including storage tank installations and removals. Overnight travel will be required. Previous experience and familiarity with FDEP Standard Operating Procedures or experience in installing storage tank systems is desired. Class A CDL endorsement and previous experience operating heavy equipment is a plus. Qualified candidates will be highly motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
