Environmental Compliance Services, Inc. (ECS) announces its acquisition of Enviro-Logical Solutions, Inc. (ELS) of Tampa, FL. Fifteen ELS professionals have joined ECS’ existing Tampa, FL office, making that location ECS’ second-largest with 40 employees.

Established in 1991, ELS is a full-service environmental consulting and construction company. ECS has long been a provider of petroleum-related consulting services including assessment and remediation; however, ELS’ storage tank construction services will be instrumental in expanding ECS’ offerings to the petroleum market. This strategic acquisition will boost ECS’ revenues in the Southeast and will also provide opportunities for ECS’ additional office locations.

Established in 1982, ECS is an employee-owned, pioneering environmental consulting firm consisting of 200 professionals. The company is headquartered in Agawam, Massachusetts and has 11 additional offices throughout the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast.
